If not followed properly, the establishments have to suffer heavy expenses on account of penalties or interest damages levied by the government and sometimes it leads to criminal proceedings as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>I further, noticed that there are some books available on these subjects are either of complex nature or of high value. When a need arises the person will go and buy the books from shop and can enhance his understanding or skills (this should be the ideal scenario). This ignited a thought in my mind that if such a book is made available in the market it will help many. The people who are starting new business, existing business owners, C.A.\u2019s, Advocates, Company Secretaries, HR\/IR\/Admin Managers even management students etc. if they read this book and keep it in their own their table as a reference book their life will become easy and the decision making in establishment can become easy as well.
