And success will naturally just FOLLOW!\u201d she holds close to her heart when it\u2019s about work, success, and enterprise. In no small measure does it add to the stature of Spectrum Clothing today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A graduate of Pune\u2019s acclaimed School of Fashion Technology in the year 2003, Diptiie Narayan Acherya<\/strong> chose Pune to commence her career. Things were different then. Fashion as a career was just evolving, with few taking it seriously. It included her family and is the reason she\u2019s today a mass manufacturer of kids-wear from design to final production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It all came together in the year 2016 with Spectrum Clothing; to be precise on 26th October 2016. Rose Couture, the brand was named; and for obvious reasons. Flowers she loves. Rose is considered the Queen among flowers; she wanted her line of clothing to be named after a Queen that would signify the Queen of everyone\u2019s hearts, daughters! As for Couture; French for fashionable clothes, her creations had to have the French Connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today Rose Couture is known for fashionable clothes for everyone\u2019s darling little daughters aged one to eight years. Design to final production, they do everything & in doing so understand the pulse of the consumers! It was her niece Preesha who influenced her the most. The thrill in her eyes, the joy on her face, and the sheer happiness in her gait inspired her enough to create a world of colourful, beautiful clothes for the girl child!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The years from 2016 to 2019 were spent understanding modes of marketing that would work for them, which saw them on known e-commerce platforms for children like first cry and hopscotch. Today they are also present at select MBOs across cities in Gujarat, Mumbai, Pune, Madhya Pradesh, Bangalore, and Hyderabad with more coming up in the days to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then came the pandemic Spectrum Clothing like the world were forced into a huddle. Down but not out, Rose Couture blossomed much like its name, spreading positivity and happiness in gloomy times. Not a single employee at Spectrum Clothing lost his\/ her job, speaking highly of Diptiie and her team\u2019s ability to connect, counsel and console. Be it employees, suppliers, retailers, or channel partners, she took everyone into confidence, with minimal losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The first 1000 days, they say, are the most challenging for an enterprise. For Spectrum Clothing, these included challenges brought on by a new tax regime (GST), demonetization, and the Corona pandemic in close succession. These didn\u2019t kill them. It only toughened them for the long haul ahead.

Ask Diptiie the secret behind handling situations. The reply is one word. Empathy. In her own words, \u201cWhile writing my brand story, I wish to tell people about how many lives we have touched and made a difference to. Because I feel one\u2019s work should care for people, purpose, and profits equally.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A humane organization, they are sensitive and inclusive in a social way. Embracing diversity, they also employ and encourage the differently enabled, be they those with speech or hearing impairment or with Down syndrome. She believes in looking beyond their disabilities to see the limitless possibilities they have. Working with her team and taking them along on this journey of discoveries and victories is Diptiie\u2019s way of giving back to the world what it gave her in her times of need. Her team\u2019s growth stories, happy and sad times, and concerns remain uppermost in Diptiie\u2019s mind. Looking back, she realizes that all the efforts were worth it. Every bit of it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hours spent by her team in her workshop make the place the team\u2019s second home. That being so, she deems it fit to keep the place happy and positive. To motivate and bring about that WOW factor, they share regular fun events, educational sessions, and celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for the future, it\u2019s already looking good- despite the pandemic refusing to relent in parts. Tough times make bonds strong. It\u2019s in their growth that she sees her own. A firm believer in gratitude, she takes time out every day to thank them all, be they loved ones or her family. The latter she says is her greatest support who’s there to motivate her when she seemed down and out. The same extends to close friends and well-wishers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fashion designer by profession, in her own words she concludes saying :
I learnt here what human being must do with the fabric of life\u2026
\u201cSew hopes and dreams and put your best to weave this beautiful fabric called life & I don’t want just to design clothes, I want to design dreams for those who wear our outfits & those who are associated with these products.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Her Business Mantra :
Teach your team to be career-driven than a job seeker. Build a sense of belonging and an ownership attitude. Make them believe in outcomes than output. It takes a good amount of time to build a business. Continue to have a positive outlook and don\u2019t stop believing in yourself. There has never been a successful business owner that hasn\u2019t run into some challenges!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They say of those who inspire that it can\u2019t happen till you perspire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diptiie the inspiration persevered, perspired, and prevailed. And at the end (it continues!) what she achieved remains an inspiration for the world!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And hey, did we mention she\u2019s on the Guinness Book of Record! Yes, she was part of \u201cThe Longest Human Chain Underwater” which comprised 182 divers. Organized by the Chrysalis Business Forum under the guidance of Founder Mr. Manish Gupta, the event took place at Koh Tao in Thailand on 27th December 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
