Who can register :<\/strong> New and earlier establishments can register through this website and can obtain the Bank Receipt and License online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firms\/establishments :<\/strong> Who has zero and above employees should register here. Objective of this Act is to protect the Interest of the Tiny Sector. As per the amendment, made by the Government of Maharashtra the State Government has taken a step further for the ease of doing business by amending the website of aaplesarkar.com. ( In the Year 2017).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to this amendment the firms who have less than 9 employees need not have to hold a license under this Act.<\/strong> The only payment of Bank Charges by way of online payment will help the employers to open an account in BANKS.( With the Form No. F- I.e. Intimation)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are few conditions as per this Act that needs to be fulfilled by the unit e.g. Muster Cum Wage Register, Board in Devnagari etc. so that no penalties are levied upon on the unit by the Government authorities. It is always advisable to get it to done with the proper understanding of the implementation of the law.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
