During my childhood, we had only one TV channel – Doordarshan, hence the Tv commercial in 80-90 were part of your life. After school, like other kids I also had chosen a field & wanted to be Pilot in the Indian Air Force. Till 12th I was pretty clear about my chosen field. Then there was Kahani main twist, one of dad\u2019s friend introduced me to the advertising field, which I felt was more interesting & the artist inside me, made me fly higher without wings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 12th I joined the prestigious JJ School of Arts, Mumbai. It was totally a different atmosphere & experience for me, as I had never been to Mumbai before. I completed my BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) & came back to Pune. I worked as an Art Director at Pune\u2019s leading ad agency, for 9 years, then I felt it was time to fulfil my dream of starting my own company. In 2015, I started my creative advertising agency named- Firefly Creative Solutions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

I strongly believe in branding, based on powerful ideas which deliver results. Now, with more than 16 years of experience, I have creatively directed more than 100+ brands, under Brand building, Print & Digital Media, Packaging design, Website design & Mobile Application. I also believe that \u2018An idea which elegantly answers the branding problem but powerfully captures the consumer\u2019s interest is what makes any campaign successful. At Firefly Creative Solutions, we thrive on such ideas.\u201d My father, Harish Kenchi, partner and director of Firefly Creative Solutions and a media stalwart, with 46 years of experience in the media field, is an inspiration for me. With a strong father-son leadership and oodles of creativity, Firefly Creative Solutions is all set to crank out some powerful branding magic in the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firefly, the name stands for a dynamic, creative, out-of-the-box communication. Firefly symbolises a spark of light in the dark. Firefly Creative Solution was started in 2015 with just one artist and today, we have a team of 15+ creative minds, with office in Pune, over 75+ clients in cities such as Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Hyderabad & Kolkata. Other milestones includes working with Tata Croma when the agency was just one-year old. The most proud moment for us was, when the logo designed for Prabhodhan was inaugurated by Hon\u2019ble former President of India Pratibha Patil. Today, Firefly Creative Solutions has carved an identity for itself, which is beyond the faces that made it. Recently the agency has also designed a Crypto token, which is India\u2019s first KYC complaint Crypto token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also believe that this is the start of a continuous journey towards success. The agenda has always been to be a financially strong, recession-proof company that is capable of getting new clients and sustaining existing ones with equal effectiveness. The aim is not to become just a boutique agency or a creative hot-shop, but rather be recognised as a full service agency that is continuously growing, transforming and outdoing itself. We have steadfastly worked with many clients from different sectors, and not just one big client. I believe in building Firefly brick by brick, and not with one large stone. I don\u2019t want overnight success, but wish to build a strong foundation. I also wants to create a strong second and third line of command, an autonomous creative culture where the legacy of Firefly translates into excellent work, and end to end solutions for clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
